Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration or office support role

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Maximum 25 years old

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, good personal discipline, and high integrity

  • Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and document management skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and coordinate across departments

  • Fluency in English is a plus (both oral & written)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Placement around PIK, North Jakarta..


Description

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of sales targets

  • Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely coordination with relevant departments

  • Monitor and update sales data, reports, and records to support sales performance tracking

  • Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring information is up to date and accessible

  • Assist in accounts receivable follow-up, coordinating with customers to secure timely payments

  • Liaise between the sales team, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment

  • Complete tasks assigned by the sales team and regularly report administrative progress to the supervisor
