Requirement
Minimum 1 year experience in administration or office support role
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
Maximum 25 years old
Excellent communication and organizational skills, good personal discipline, and high integrity
Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and document management skills
Ability to work well in a team and coordinate across departments
Fluency in English is a plus (both oral & written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

Description
Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of sales targets
Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely coordination with relevant departments
Monitor and update sales data, reports, and records to support sales performance tracking
Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring information is up to date and accessible
Assist in accounts receivable follow-up, coordinating with customers to secure timely payments
Liaise between the sales team, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Complete tasks assigned by the sales team and regularly report administrative progress to the supervisor
