Engineering Staff Maintenance

Technical/vocational certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in villas, hotels, or high-end residential properties.

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Experience with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ability to use power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance software.

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts when needed.

Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance regulations.
