Get to Know the Role

You will lead the day-to-day warehouse operations across GrabMart Indonesia, focusing on efficient and accurate physical flow of goods. Your primary goal is to ensure high operational readiness, inventory accuracy, and maximum productivity while minimizing operational costs. This role is critical for scaling GrabMart in Indonesia.

This role reports to the Head of Supply Chain and will be fully onsite at our South Quarter office in Jakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will manage and optimize all receiving and putaway processes for goods arriving at dark stores and warehouses, ensuring accurate documentation, quality control, and timely system updates.
• You will oversee and maintain physical inventory integrity across multiple fulfillment nodes. This includes monitoring inventory health, coordinating regular cycle counts, investigating variances, and ensuring stock accuracy to support operational readiness.
• You will direct and optimize all outbound processes, including picking, packing, and staging for delivery, to meet promised service level targets and speed requirements.
• You will drive high productivity and efficiency by defining, monitoring, and analyzing key operational performance metrics (KPIs) such as throughput, utilization, and accuracy rates, implementing continuous improvement actions.
• You will implement, train, and enforce strict adherence to the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across all facility operations to ensure a safe, organized, and high-quality working environment.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment management within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end physical warehouse processes, including inbound, inventory control, and outbound logistics.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing operational standards and driving efficiency improvements, such as maintaining 5S or similar lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related inventory tracking tools.
• Ability to analyze operational data to identify root causes of variance and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. You will use Bahasa Indonesia to coordinate with local store operations and English to collaborate with regional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
