Site Manager/Project Manager
Site Manager – Construction Project in Bali
Location: Ubud, Bali
Employment Type: Full-time, project-based
Responsibilities:
Daily supervision of the construction site
Coordination of workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Managing the work schedule and ensuring deadlines are met
Ensuring quality standards are followed
Taking daily photos and reporting project progress
Assisting in work handovers and quantity verification
Collaborating with the procurement team (material requests and delivery tracking)
Maintaining attendance logs, equipment records, and site documentation
Reporting regularly to the Project Manager (project owner)
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
Ability to work with schedules and basic reporting tools (Google Sheets)
Responsible, punctual, proactive, and organized
Capable of supervising multiple subcontractors at once
Good English (communication on English)
Mandatory: daily on-site presence
