Job Desc :
Oversee day to day the finance report from sales and aftersales department,
Manage report of budget from GA and Marketing,
Resposible to supervise and control of cashier work,
Manage quick book of Maxride every day,
Bank checking customer payment by transfer and manage transfer book,
Reconciliation Maxride bank vs ERP and Top Up Data, Deposit cash to bank,
Manage ERP for transfer payment every customer,
Develop and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity,
Colaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,
Opname stock warehouse on first week in Months.
Qualification :
Have experience with the same position min 3 years
Ability to work a team and independently
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
Have a good leadership and problem solving abilities
Eksperience in star up company will be advantage
Must be able to speak English
