1.Perawatan Pencegahan (Preventive Maintenance)
Monitoring dan koordinasikan Check list dan Re Check list PHO dan FHO
Melakukan perbaikan kerusakan kecil untuk mencegah kerusakan menjadi besar
Melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan sebelum ada komplain dari customer
Rapat koordinasi sebelum mulai bangun baru yang dilakukan oleh konsumen
2.Perawatan Korektif (Corrective Maintenance)
Mengawasi pekerjaan perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh kontraktor facility dan Utility Departemen (Estate)
Estimasi pekerjaan perbaikan berkoordinasi dengan Engineering
3.Design Engineering : Menyiapkan gambar kerja sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan
4.Dokumentasi pekerjaan perawatan : Menyiapkan dokumentasi pekerjaan perawatan setiap minggu untuk keperluan presentasi
5.Administrasi
Membuat estimasi budget maintenance & Infrastructure Maintenance
Membuat Scedule Maintenance
Membuat Laporan Bulanan & Dokumentasi harian kegiatan maintenance
Monitoring pembayaran tagihan kontraktor & proyek in house
Mengontrol administrasi yang terkait dengan gambar kerja, as build drawing & file gambar yang keluar – masuk
Menyiapkan surat menyurat ke kontraktor maupun internal memo ke bagian lain sesuai instruksi
Melakukan proses SAP pembelian material dan petty cash BBM
Membantu membuat estimasi dan schedule kerja
File dokumen proyek
Membantu proses tender yang sedang berjalan
Requirements :
Min. D3 Teknik Sipil
Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di kontraktor atau developer
Mahir menggunakan Autocad
Dapat membuat Cost Estimation
Dapat mengoperasikan Komputer min. Ms. Office
Dapat berbahasa inggris
