Finance Staff
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
Melakukan penarikan data sales order via aplikasi
Memproses order sampai dengan cetak faktur
Menerima / mencetak faktur dari Logistic
Menyiapkan tagihan untuk Sales
Melakukan pelunasan tagihan pada sistem accounting
Melakukan follow up tagihan
Melakukan kegiatan pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan Finance secara baik dan sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan
Kualifikasi / Persyaratan :
Usia maksimal 35 tahun
Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam posisi yang sama dibidang : Finance / Accounting & System
Computer literate : Ms. Office (Excel, impl. Oracle), Accounting Software, Internet, LAN
Memiliki jiwa yang tegas, motivasi tinggi, cekatan dan bertanggung jawab
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
Penempatan : Jakarta Timur
