📍 Location: Mining Site, Indonesia
⏰ Roster: 8 weeks on-site, 2 weeks off
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full-spectrum HR operations at the mining site
Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding to support operational needs
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and site regulations
Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
Supervise payroll coordination, attendance, roster management, and leave administration
Handle foreigner management, including work permits and documentation
Coordinate with head office and site management to align HR strategies with business goals
Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems
Monitor workforce productivity and support organizational efficiency at site level
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in mining, construction, or heavy industry
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices
Experience working in remote site / camp-based environment
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic operational environment
Willing to work on roster (8 weeks on, 2 weeks off)
Mandarin proficiency is preferred (to liaise with Chinese management)
