Area Manager (Operation) - Area Bandung
Bertanggung jawab kepada Regional Manager untuk memastikan pencapaian target semua toko dalam koordinasinya.
Mengkoordinasikan semua Store Leader untuk seluruh program dan aktivitas toko.
Memastikan quality, service, dan kebersihan.
Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan aset dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia sesuai areanya.
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan min. D3 semua jurusan
Pengalaman min. 3 tahun di industri retail F&B dan grocery, atau 1 tahun sebagai Area Manager.
Bersedia bekerja dengan mobilitas tinggi.
Memiliki leadership yang baik dan berintegritas tinggi.
Penempatan area Bandung, Jawa Barat.
