Manage end-to-end export sea freight operations (FCL & LCL) in compliance with Indonesia customs regulations and port procedures.
Coordinate with shippers to verify cargo details, including commodity, HS code, dimensions, and packaging prior to shipment execution.
Plan, submit, and follow up on bookings with carriers and co-loaders operating from Indonesia ports, ensuring timely space confirmation and optimal routing.
Monitor vessel schedules, port cut-offs, container gate-in, and container release to ensure smooth shipment planning and execution.
Handle complete export documentation, including Shipping Instructions (SI), commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (MBL/HBL).
Ensure accurate and timely submission of SI, VGM, AMS filings, and other mandatory carrier requirements within stipulated deadlines.
Manage export declarations in line with Indonesia Customs (Bea Cukai) regulations, including PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) filing via CEISA 4.0 system.
Handle PED (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Data) and ensure all regulatory filings and documentation standards are met.
Coordinate closely with customs brokers for smooth export clearance and proactively resolve any customs or documentation-related issues.
Liaise with Indonesian shippers, overseas agents, carriers, co-loaders, trucking vendors, and depots to ensure seamless cargo movement.
Proactively manage shipment discrepancies, rollovers, delays, and carrier-related issues, ensuring timely communication to all stakeholders.
Send timely pre-alerts to overseas agents/consignees with complete shipment documentation (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.).
Ensure timely issuance and distribution of post-shipment documents, including BLs, invoices, certificates, and related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams including sales, customer service, and accounts for shipment planning, rate alignment, accurate billing, cost entries, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Monitor shipment progress and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reports in line with company SOPs and audit requirements.
