Engenering Maintenance Supervisor
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at PT Colorobbia Indonesia in Cikarang Selatan, West Java. As a full-time Engineering Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our manufacturing equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and ensure the smooth operation of all production equipment
Coordinate and oversee the work of the maintenance team, including technicians and engineers, to ensure timely and effective completion of repair and maintenance tasks
Analyse equipment performance data and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues and optimise production processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, costs and inventory
Provide training and development opportunities for the maintenance team to enhance their skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar engineering maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial machinery, equipment and maintenance best practices
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics and manuals
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
