We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of a brand-new, soon-to-be-launched, private luxury villa. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in high-end service environments who is highly detail-oriented and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the villa, managing staff, maintaining operational standards, and providing personalised service to the owner and guests. You will play a key role in upholding the villa’s reputation for excellence while creating a seamless and memorable stay for all.
Oversee all daily villa operations to ensure the highest standards of service and presentation
Manage, train, and supervise villa staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalised service and attention to detail
Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, inventory management, and stock control
Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and consistency
Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers when required
Assist with guest transport when necessary, in the absence of a driver or butler team
Maintain flexibility to adapt to varying guest needs and working hours
Recruit additional staff as required
3–5 years of experience managing a private villa, luxury property, or in a senior role within a 5-star hotel
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong operational and organizational abilities
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Solid administrative skills, including reporting and inventory management
Valid driver’s license and confident driving (preferred)
Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
