Job Description:
Manage end-to-end purchasing process, from handling internal requests to ensuring accurate specifications
Source, evaluate, and develop relationships with potential vendors
Conduct bidding processes and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Monitor supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with user requirements
Prepare regular reports on cost savings, purchase lead times, and coordinate vendor payments with Finance
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with good time management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using ERP systems
Good understanding of project-related materials and procurement processes
