HSE Supervisor

Responsible for monitoring and implementing effective HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure company achievement in accordance the procedure.

Role Jobdesc :

• Conduct Safety Patrol and Safety Inspection for tha facility and Project area.

• Support fulfilling Customer requirement for Pre-Qualification Tender, Project HSE Plan, PJA, and WIP.

• Conduct HSE training, Socialization and Briefing.

• Environmental Analysis and reporting to Government.

• Prepare the Investigation Process and report Occupational accident to the Disnaker.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree majoring in Public Health, Environment Engineering, or others

• Working experience of 3-5 years at the same level

• Knowing ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001 and 20000-1 and SMK3, and Telecommunication standard

• Able to identify hazards related to OHS & environmental protection (K3LL) within its scope of work

• Strong leadership, Communication Skills, and reporting
