Sewawin (PT Bizasia Dynamix Solutions) is Indonesia’s first comprehensive multi-vendor rental marketplace, connecting providers of equipment, machinery, vehicles, and venues with businesses and individual renters.
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on team member to support Sewawin’s growth by acquiring Providers (equipment and asset owners), activating their listings, and contributing to platform marketing and user support.
This is a high-activity, multi-functional role combining business development, sales, marketing, and operational support.
The role requires a highly proactive individual comfortable with:
Daily online presentation meetings (avg. 4/day) — representing 50% to 70% of workload
High-volume outbound prospecting through calls
Frequent WhatsApp communication
Hands-on operational support and customer care
This role is not suitable for candidates seeking low-activity or purely administrative positions.
Identify and approach potential Providers across target industries (equipment, vehicles, sports venues, lifestyle items, meeting spaces, etc.)
Present Sewawin’s value proposition and onboard new Providers
Build and maintain strong relationships with Providers
Follow up on leads and convert them into active listings
Assist Providers in creating high-quality listings (images, pricing, descriptions)
Ensure listings meet platform standards and are optimized for visibility
Guide Providers on platform usage and best practices
Monitor provider activity and encourage engagement
Support execution of marketing campaigns (digital, outreach, partnerships)
Contribute ideas for growth initiatives and provider engagement
Assist in content creation
Help improve visibility of listings and categories
Respond to Provider and Renter inquiries
Assist in resolving basic operational issues
Monitor platform interactions and flag risks or improvement areas
Ensure a smooth and professional user experience
Strong online presentation and communication skills
Strong persuasive and selling skills, with the ability to handle objections and drive conversions
Fluent in English
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities (sales, support, and operations)
Experience in sales, business development, or marketing; and/or
Fresh graduates from LSPR, BINUS, or other universities with relevant backgrounds in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields
