Preventive Maintenance - Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3 graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• At least 1 year of experience in machine maintenance processes, such as JSW, TOSHIBA, NISSEI, KOMATSU, AIDA, or HIKADA.

• Experience in painting machine maintenance (dip coating & powder coating).

• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and parameter setting for injection, stamping, and painting machines.

• Knowledge of robot handling setup/teaching (Yushin, Harmo, Yaskawa, Fanuc).

• Knowledge of PLC programming (Keyence, Mitsubishi, Omron).

• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Job Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for plastic injection molding, stamping press, and painting machines (dip coating & powder coating), including related equipment.

• Prepare and maintain maintenance documentation such as daily machine checks, preventive maintenance records, and new equipment trial reports (machines & tooling).

• Implement continuous improvements in maintenance processes.

• Apply and support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.

• Ensure machines and equipment are always in optimal condition and ready for production.
