Specialist Export Import
Some of your duties will include:
To prepare all necessary documents, payments and any approvals required in order to make sure the export concentrate shipments / activities run smoothly.
To ensure all administration, documentation and approvals related to general cargo export / re-export activities are done in complete and timely manner.
Assist EXIM Supervisor / Sr. Specialist in daily routine of Import Export Clearance activities.
Perform monitoring of all shipping / transport activities and documentation related to import.
Follow up and review as well as perform any required corrections of HS Code (Harmonized System) for each PO from overseas both for sea freight and airfreight cargo.
Perform checking and ensure data accuracy and correctness for master list category for each PO from overseas both for sea freight and airfreight ship mode.
Establish proposals for Surveyor Inspections at origin countries for each commodity required by Indonesian Customs regulations.
Coordinate with CY /Laydown team pertaining to import cargo release from the yard to end users.
Coordinate and communicate with buyers / purchasing in providing import related data and its update of goods importation to the buyers / end users.
Maintain the updated information pertaining to the newest or updated regulations and modules for Export (PEB) and Import (PIB) activities from Customs system.
Maintain the updated information pertaining to any changes of regulations from respective institutions related to export and import regulations.
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor degree qualification in business, engineering, transportation logistics management or equivalent.
Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
Hold a Customs Expert / PPJK Certificate.
Minimum have 7 years of working experiences in export & import; at least has 4 years working experience as Specialist Export and Import preferably within a large mining organization or logistic shipping/ export import services provider.
