Key Purpose of the role
To ensure effective and efficient sales operation through development of Distribution of its Resources:
Formulate & Ensure RTM & Distribution Coverage Strategy in Place & Running
Formulate & Ensure the effectiveness of Distribution; Sales and Operations
Formulate Distribution & Sales Policy/SOP & ensure in place & adhere compliancy
Driver for the achievement of KPI, both internal and in Distributors (Distribution Performance Metrics)
Driver & Coordinator for the development & Implementation of SID/SAP (Distributor Management System)
Driver & Coordinator for Distributor Management (Business Partnership)
Key Accountabilities
To formulate & Implement RTM strategy & Plan nationwide
To formulate & implement effective Distribution Coverage System
To formulate & ensure Distributors at agreed inventory level with FIFO standard
To formulate & ensure efficient MRP (sales forecasting, production, and delivery)
To Develop and review SOP (Operation Distributors/Business Partners) for continuous improvements
To formulate & develop Internal Team & Business Partners
To Develop, Review, Ensure implementation of Distributor Management System
To appoint, monitor, and evaluate Distributor's Performances
To formulate and develop Sales / Distributor incentives schemes for maximising productivities and ensuring future sales & distribution growth
To formulate ManPower Planning and sales force management:
Org structure, Job role, MPP, People Development & Performance (assisted by HR)
To ensure Business Performance Review presented on time by regular coordination and submission of reports from SID/SAP system (assisted by Commercial Analyst)
Requirement
10 - 15 years experience in Route To Market or Distribution Development background of reputable FMCG company and at least 3 years as Route to Market Manager
At least Bachelor's Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00
Mastering in Route to Market Strategy & Plan
Mastering in Distribution Coverage System
Mastering in Distributor Management & Business Process
Mastering in Sales Operation Management
Good Analytical skills & Computer literate with at least medium to high microsoft office skill
Good in Presentation skills which could translate concept into implementation
Confident in communicating and influencing at all levels of the organisation
