FINANCE OFFICER
We are looking for a Finance Officer for our subsidiary company, Lakuemas Indonesia, to be placed in Cempaka Mas, Central Jakarta (Full WFO, Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day finance operational activities, including payment processing, cash handling, and transaction verification.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data entry into the system.
Monitor and reconcile daily transactions, invoices, and expense reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for document completeness and payment clarification.
Support month-end closing activities and prepare operational finance reports.
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Assist in improving finance operational processes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in finance operations or similar role.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and finance-related systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
