  • Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures and custom regulation

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

  • Proficient in operating Ms. Excel

  • High attention to detail and good coordination skills


Job Description:

  • Prepare, verify, and manage all export documents to ensure compliance with international trade regulations

  • Support smooth customs clearance

  • Ensure all shipment information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with export regulations

  • Minimizing the risk of customs delay, penalties, or cargo rejection
