Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures and custom regulation
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Proficient in operating Ms. Excel
High attention to detail and good coordination skills

Prepare, verify, and manage all export documents to ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Support smooth customs clearance
Ensure all shipment information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with export regulations
Minimizing the risk of customs delay, penalties, or cargo rejection
