Warehouse Admin

PT. Syensqo Manyar (formerly PT Solvay Manyar) is a well-known multinational company based in Gresik with a long history of producing chemicals. Now seeking qualified and energetic candidates to fill the WAREHOUSE ADMIN position with the qualifications listed below:

• Candidate must possess min D3 any disciplines

• Have experience as warehouse admin min 1 year (Fresh graduates are also welcome)

• Have knowledge about MSDS.

• High Motivation and able to work under pressure and accurate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing warehouse activities, including the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished products

• Prepare data input into the ERP system for the receipt and issuance of raw materials and finished products, and manage data filing

• Act as a checker for all items to be shipped and received

• Communicating with other divisions (Laboratory/QC, Production, Commercial) regarding the distribution of raw materials and finished products, and collaborate with security guards to regulate incoming and outgoing vehicles
