Accounting Staff Jakarta

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Staff to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in Accounting is a plus

• Strong understanding of accounting processes, policies, methods, and taxation

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset

• Communicative, proactive, and initiative-driven

• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team

What You’ll Do

• Record daily financial transactions (income, expenses, and general journal entries)

• Prepare and compile comprehensive monthly financial reports

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and accountability of accounting data and financial statements

• Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing accurate financial data

• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making

• Coordinate and monitor accounting activities to maintain effectiveness and efficiency

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in accounting processes
