About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Staff to join our team at PT Denso Manufacturing Indonesia, located in Cikarang Barat, West Java. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our manufacturing operations, playing a crucial part in our commitment to the wellbeing of our employees.
What you'll be doing
Developing safety policies and procedures (National and Denso Global)
Providing training and support to employees on safety, health, and environmental best practices
Investigating and reporting on incidents, accidents, and environmental incidents
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall safety and environmental performance
Monitoring and reporting (SHE Department KPI)
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health, Environmental Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar SHE role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Fluent in English (Japanese is preferred)
Certified AK3 Umum
Understanding ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Environment Management (RKL-RPL, Proper, Fastronik)
Understanding safety and environment national rule
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Able to collaborate across department
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
