Your role in this Journey:

By joining PT EZMedicom's team as a Purchasing Staff, some of the roles that you will be responsible for will be :

ㆍProduct sourcing and price management:

→ Identify and reorganize distribution structures by contacting & sourcing vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers

→ Price management work through market price research

→ Substitute product suggestions and sourcing (identifying product trends)

→ Conduct activities to secure price competitiveness and improve profits by product/partner

→ Quantity integration and bidding

ㆍDiscovering and nurturing new partners (vendors, suppliers, logistics partners)

ㆍActivities to improve profits through establishing and negotiating operational purchasing/procurement strategies

ㆍCommunication and work coordination between related departments and suppliers (internal & external)

ㆍData management and analysis:

→ Establishment of strategy through DB analysis

→ Performance management through profit and loss analysis per purchasing item category

Who We're Excited to Meet

ㆍEducation : Minimum bachelor's degree or higher

ㆍMust be able to communicate in both Korean and English (speaking and writing) 

ㆍExperience: Purchasing/Procurement work experience (with a proper understanding of purchasing operations scope)

ㆍMS Office skills intermediate or higher

ㆍAbility to communicate smoothly with related departments and external stakeholders

ㆍWilling to placed in Cikarang, West Java

It's Even Better If You Have 

ㆍWorking experience in a relevant purchasing position at a Pharmaceutical/Bio Company/Logistics/Construction

ㆍWorking experience at overseas or global companies
