Review and analyze organizational effectiveness across Holding and Business Units, including processes, resource allocation, and alignment with overall corporate strategy
Assess industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making
Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement, and present strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board
Support the execution of corporate development initiatives, including strategic planning and business transformation projects
Facilitate the implementation of strategic action plans and monitor performance and effectiveness
Conduct data-driven analysis and research to support key business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
Perform ad-hoc strategic analysis and projects as assigned by management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field from a reputable overseas university (mandatory)
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal)
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Prior internship or experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or related fields is a plus
Exposure to corporate strategy, M&A, or business transformation projects
Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning
Experience working in international or multicultural environments
