We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The successful candidate will assist with administrative tasks, document management, and coordination to ensure smooth office workflow.
Manage and organize company documents and files.
Perform data entry and assist in preparing administrative reports.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails and documents).
Assist with internal coordination and administrative support for the team.
Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Administration is a plus).
English is a must.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
