We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The successful candidate will assist with administrative tasks, document management, and coordination to ensure smooth office workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize company documents and files.

  • Perform data entry and assist in preparing administrative reports.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails and documents).

  • Assist with internal coordination and administrative support for the team.

  • Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Administration is a plus).

  • English is a must.

  • Good organizational and administrative skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
