RESPONSIBILITY

  • Handle export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Coordinate bookings with shipping lines and airlines.

  • Communicate with agent, customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.

  • Monitor shipment status and provide updates to clients.

  • Capable to manifest export import.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to logistics services.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.

  • Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Export–Import, or Transportation Management.

  • Familiar with export and import documention, booking to shipping line or airlines.

  • Have experience as Customer Service in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadline.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
