RESPONSIBILITY
Handle export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Coordinate bookings with shipping lines and airlines.
Communicate with agent, customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.
Monitor shipment status and provide updates to clients.
Capable to manifest export import.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to logistics services.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.
Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Export–Import, or Transportation Management.
Familiar with export and import documention, booking to shipping line or airlines.
Have experience as Customer Service in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
