HR Staff
Job Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any major
at least 2 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
Having knowledge about HR System (Attendance, Overtime, Employee Data Management, leave, and reporting )
Strong knowledge of HR administration processes (Employee documentation, contract administration, HR filing)
Having skills in : Edabu BPJS Kesehatan, SIPP BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Formula (If, Vlookup, Hlookup, dll)
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations in Indonesia
Strong analytical skills and attention to the detail
Applicants must be willing to be placed at Karawang Timur, Jawa barat
