Packaging Material Warehouse SPV
Job Description :
Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and issuance of packaging materials to the production line and to toll out manufacturer. And also spare part and non inventory to the related departments
Maintain stock accuracy of packaging materials and spare part materials
Ensure all warehousing procedures are executed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other standard/regulations (CPOB, CPOTB, CPKB, SJPH, ISO)
Lead the identification of root causes for deviations, define and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), conduct audits, and ensure continuous improvement in warehouse area.
Job Requirement :
Pharmacist with a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in packaging, production, or warehouse operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in CPOB, CPOTB, CPKB, SJPH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and ISO 45001 standards
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA WM Module and MS Office
Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, analytical thinking, and team management skills
Fluency in English, both written and oral.
