Position Overview
We are seeking proficient, locally well-connected Indonesian Business Development Managers fluent in Chinese or English. You will be a key driver in expanding our market presence, focusing on identifying HR and training needs of Chinese companies within major Indonesian industrial parks, building and nurturing key client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Relationship Management: Proactively visit Chinese enterprises in major Indonesian industrial parks to deeply understand their core HR, recruitment, and vocational training needs.
Business Development & Sales: Promote our full-spectrum HR services (recruitment, outsourcing, consultancy) and customized training solutions to achieve sales targets.
Public Relations & Networking: Represent the company at business events, client meetings, and industry exchanges to establish and maintain strong relationships with Chinese enterprise management.
Market Intelligence & Strategy Support: Gather and report market information, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to help optimize company products and service strategies.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, training, and operations teams to ensure professional and efficient delivery of client requirements.
Qualifications
Fluent in Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, writing), capable of seamless business communication with Chinese clients.
Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or key account management. Experience serving Chinese enterprises is preferred
Established network within the Chinese business community, with familiarity of Chinese corporate culture, management styles, and labor needs
Experience in industrial park market development is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; adept at building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient under pressure
Willing to undertake frequent domestic travel, flexible working hours, and necessary business engagements
Trustworthy, with strong professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
