Dalam peran ini, Anda akan memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan keamanan dan efisiensi operasional di berbagai lokasi. Kandidat yang ideal memiliki keahlian teknis yang kuat, kemampuan bekerja di ketinggian, dan dedikasi untuk memberikan hasil yang unggul.
Tanggung Jawab
Melakukan pemeriksaan, perawatan, dan perbaikan pada sistem rope access dan gondola, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan yang ketat.
Mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki masalah yang terkait dengan sistem rope access dan gondola secara tepat waktu.
Melakukan pengujian rutin dan inspeksi berkala untuk memastikan integritas struktur dan keamanan operasional.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim terkait untuk mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan dan memastikan komunikasi yang efektif.
Mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan dan peraturan yang berlaku.
Memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada anggota tim lainnya, jika diperlukan.
Persyaratan
Pendidikan minimal SMA Sederajat
Memiliki sertifikasi (SIO) rope access dan Gondola aktif.
Mahir dalam penggunaan peralatan dan alat-alat terkait rope access dan gondola.
Memahami dengan baik prosedur keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di tempat tinggi.
Kemampuan problem-solving yang baik dan orientasi pada detail.
Memiliki komunikasi yang efektif dan keterampilan kerja tim yang baik.
