  1. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with top-tier retailers and B2B clients.

  2. Listing & Terms Negotiation: Lead negotiations for new product listings, trading terms, rebates, and "Listing Fees" to ensure profitable placement.

  3. B2B Channel Expansion: Identify and acquire high-volume contracts with HoReCa groups, corporate offices, and industrial caterers across Indonesia.

  4. Distribution Network Oversight: Manage third-party distributors to ensure product availability and "Sell-Out" performance in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

  5. Sales Forecasting & Planning: Develop accurate monthly and annual sales targets based on historical data and market trends.

  6. Trade Marketing Execution: Coordinate in-store activations, sampling programs, and "Gondola" branding to drive off-take in Modern Trade.

  7. Price & Margin Management: Monitor RRP (Recommended Retail Price) and manage discounts to maintain healthy margins across different sales channels.

  8. Credit & Collection Monitoring: Oversee AR (Accounts Receivable) to ensure timely payments from retail partners and B2B clients, minimizing bad debt.

  9. Competitor Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, promo mechanics, and new launches to adapt local market strategies.

  10. Sales Force Leadership: Manage and coach a team of Key Account Executives or Merchandisers to ensure excellence in store-level execution and CRM.
