Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with QA teams to maintain and improve quality standards throughout sourcing, roasting, and packaging.

Raw Material Research: Study and source green coffee beans from different origins, evaluating them for quality, flavor potential, and consistency.

Process Optimization: Innovate and refine roasting profiles, brewing methods, and extraction techniques to enhance product performance and consistency.

Prototype Testing: Create, test, and document product prototypes, adjusting formulations based on feedback and analytical results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, procurement, and sales teams to align product development with business goals.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all new products and processes comply with food safety standards and relevant industry regulations.

Technology Exploration: Research and experiment with new technologies, equipment, and ingredients to improve product innovation and sustainability.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of experiments, findings, formulations, and process improvements for future reference and knowledge sharing.
