Customs Clearance Staff (Contract)

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's degree

• Must be fluent in English, both oral and written

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Preferably Staff specialized in Import Export from Automotive Manufacturing

• Mastering Microsoft Office especially Excel

• Good communication and negotiation

• Good in Administration

• Detail orientation is a must, and timely information

Main Job:

• Checking shipping documents to support export-import activity

• Create PEB draft for CBU, MMO and PbyP export-import shipments

• Procures essential documents for the transportation of goods, such as the bill of lading, bill of entry, buying order, sales invoice, and certificate of origin.

• Handles of the custom clearance documents for export and import

• Handles import and shipping documents, deals with local stakeholders, maintains a proper documentation and filing system, and attends customs audit committees
