Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level, especially Excel)
Strong computer literacy and understanding of software functions (HRIS)
Basic knowledge of HR functions (HR Generalist)
Understanding of HR regulations, especially working hours and payroll
Experienced in handling employee attendance and absence records for 500+ employees
Familiar with recruitment processes
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to dedicate additional time during monthly payroll processing
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee attendance records
Support payroll preparation and ensure data accuracy
Assist in daily HR administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Support HR team in recruitment processes and other ongoing HR initiatives
