Main Accountabilities :
Prepare a manpower fulfillment plan based on the agreed annual manpower plan according to the needs of each department.
Organize and schedule each recruitment session that the candidate will go through.
Carry out manpower fulfillment in accordance with the specified qualifications and time.
Continuously manage a talent pool containing candidates (internal & external) who are qualified and have the potential to fill when key roles are vacant in the organization.
Develop recruitment processes and methods that are effective and efficient, right on target, right on cost and on time.
Develop a pool of qualified external candidates (Talent Pipeline) by building networks to monitor, track and periodically locate identified qualified candidates for specialized/critical jobs
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in a related field,preferably in Psychology
At least 3 years of working experiences in similar role is required for this position
Proficiency in relevant recruitment software and databases (HCMS, ATS etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, knowledge in general resourcing processes/tools, candidate interviews and assessments skills by BEI, local hiring landscape, etc
Having some experience in driving project
Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan (TMT Building, TB Simatupang)
