Job Summary:
The GA Administrator is responsible for managing logistics, including accommodation, transport, and business travel arrangements. This role requires strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The administrator will maintain relationships with building management and factory vendors, monitor utility invoices, and manage office supplies and visitor arrangements. Experience in purchasing and familiarity with export/import processes is a plus.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain good health and demonstrate strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work effectively in a team.
Able to prioritize tasks, follow work schedules properly, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in email communication.
Manage logistics such as accommodation, meals, transport, business travel arrangements, and visas.
Maintain good relationships with building management.
Monitor utility/energy consumption invoices.
Familiar with G-Suite.
Coordinate and liaise with Batam factory vendors.
Handle purchasing of general materials and follow up on goods delivery.
Experience in export/import processes is an advantage.
Manage office stationery, pantry, furniture, and handle factory visitors/guests.
Maintain proper filing and documentation in an organized manner.
Implement and maintain 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices within the workplace.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Minimum graduate from Senior High School or Vocational High School.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in General Affairs (manufacturing, hospitality, or production).
Understanding of 5S methodology is required.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work both in a team and independently.
Able to communicate in English fluently, can mandarin is a plus!
Domicile in Batam is preferred.
