The HRGA will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resourhe HRGA will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources, General Affairs, and Administration functions of the company.
• Partner with payroll service provider to manage payroll, ensuring accurate and efficient processing, and compliance with local/regional regulations and employment tax requirements
• Manage employee benefits and expenses, including medical reimbursement, insurance, BPJS, and other related matters
• Manage employee agreements and all related documentation, including maintaining and controlling employee contracts
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing, screening, shortlisting to closing
• Provide advisory support to Hiring Managers as required
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance morale and retention
• Organize and support annual performance review processes
• Coordinate employee termination processes when required
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Organize internal training programs as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain office facilities, assets, and general affairs operations (including vendor coordination, office supplies, and workplace management)
• Handle administrative tasks, including proper filing and documentation of HR, legal, and company records
• Manage and monitor outsourced employees, including coordination with vendors, attendance, and related administration
• Support day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth business operations

● Ideally Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Resource, Psychology, Management, or equivalent practical experience
● Prefer candidate with 5 years' working experience as HRGA
● Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
● Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
● Ability to work cross-regionally in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
● Able to adapt to cross-department collaboration by following different management principle.
