Product Management Administrator

The Role

Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a talented Product Management Administrator to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. As a Product Management Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our product management function, ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of key initiatives across the organization. This is a full-time position based in our Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the performance and daily activities of the Product Management team.

2. Prepare reports and share findings with Product Specialists.

3. Organize and manage supporting documents, including sales history, advertising, and promotion claims.

4. Coordinate and communicate with various internal departments and external vendors.

5. Collect and maintain ISO9001:2015 documentation.

6. Input data and upload documents to the Government website for NPB, Pertek for SNI new model sample (Import Permit), Wi-Fi certificate, K3L, warranty card & manual book registration.

7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).

2. Strong communication skills and able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

3. A team player who is proactive and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.

4. Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.

5. Good command of English (spoken and written).
