The Role
Join an established Australian recruitment company and support our finance operations remotely from Indonesia. This role manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks with support from our Australian head office.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Accounts Duties - Management of Accounts E-mail
- Follow up with Clients for all Outstanding/Overdue Invoices
- Bank Reconciliation of all Business Entities Involved
- Processing of all Billings/AP Invoices & saving it as Draft for FM Review
- Processing of all AR invoices & saving it as Draft for FM Review
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Set up weekly AP Batch Payments in XERO for all Entities
- Process Credit/Debit Card Reconciliation
- Processing of Rental Invoices to be sent out to all Tenants (Including Outgoings & Electricity/Water Charges)
- Conducting Trade Reference Check for new Client
2) Reporting & Reconciliation - Preparation of AP & AR Report for Finance Manager
- Weekly Hours report
- Run & Send all Debit Card Transactions to Management
- Perform GL Accounts reconciliations
- Expense Reconciliation
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
What We’re Looking For - 3+ years experience in AP/AR, bookkeeping, or payroll
- Experience in recruitment/professional services preferred
- Familiarity with Xero or cloud accounting tools
- Familiarity with systems such as Astute, Fieldglass, JobAdder (desirable)
- Stable internet (50 Mbps minimum) + backup hotspot
- A dedicated space for the home office that free from distractions
- Strong English communication
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadline
- Able to work AU business hours
- Accurate, organised, and confidential with data
