This is a full-time on-site role for Procurement at PT Thai Union Kharisma Lestari, located in Lamongan. The Procurement will be responsible for handling procurement process, negotiating contracts and prices with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. Procurement will also be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, maintain supplier relationship, and mitigating risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Animal Husbandry, Fishery, Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
Demonstrated proficiency in procurement processes, practices, and systems
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiarity with ERP systems and tools, such as Ecount
Fluency in written and spoken English
Have experience in animal feed manufacturing (Aqua Feed) is a plus
