【Job Responsibilities】

1. Recruitment: Develop recruitment plans based on local business needs, expand and maintain local recruitment channels, complete resume screening, interview arrangements, and hiring negotiations. Complete relevant reports as required by headquarters, regularly analyze recruitment data, and report local talent market dynamics to headquarters.

2. Training: Coordinate onboarding training for new employees in the local area; research local employee training needs, coordinate internal and external resources, and organize and plan specialized training programs tailored to local business needs.

3. Compensation: Dynamically manage employee salary changes, promptly initiate approval processes for salary adjustments and bonus payments; update monthly salary tables for current employees, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission as required by headquarters.

4. Performance Appraisal: In accordance with headquarters' performance appraisal cycle, coordinate and manage the performance appraisal work of local employees in overseas branches, and complete the statistics and verification of relevant data.

5. Labor Relations: Independently handle the entire process of onboarding (including contract signing, visa processing, etc.), probation, promotion, transfer, resignation, and related interviews for local employees, ensuring complete files and compliant procedures.

6. Handle employee inquiries, resolve labor disputes, establish positive and harmonious employee relations, and prevent and properly handle labor risks.

7. System Development: Thoroughly understand the headquarters' various personnel systems, and optimize and improve relevant local system documents in conjunction with local labor laws, visa policies, tax regulations, and cultural customs. Report compliance risk points and optimization suggestions to headquarters.

8. Administrative Support: Responsible for the daily management of the branch office (such as office environment, fixed assets, vehicles, visa and ticketing, external liaison, etc.), providing logistical support for business operations.

9. Other: Complete other HR and administrative tasks according to headquarters' arrangements.


Job Requirements

【Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Administration, or a related field;

2. Able to use English as a working language, fluency in Chinese is preferred;

3. 1-3 years of HR and administrative work experience, with at least 1 year of relevant management experience; familiar with all modules of HR management and knowledgeable of local labor laws and regulations;

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software;

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and initiative, meticulous and rigorous work ethic, able to handle multiple tasks independently, maintain a good working state under pressure, and a team player.
