General Affairs Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive General Affairs Manager to join our team at Alam Sutera Group. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of our company, ensuring the smooth running of our office and support for our employees across bussiness units.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate all general administrative tasks, including facilities management, procurement, and general office support

2. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office environment, including managing vendors and service providers

3. Implement and maintain efficient administrative policies, procedures, and systems to optimise office operations

4. Provide administrative and logistical support to the leadership team and other departments as needed

5. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and requests, and liaise with HR on personnel-related matters

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar General Affairs or office management role. Have experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus

3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels

5. Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-service oriented mindset

6. Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
