E-Commerce Officer

PT. PRIND SPORTS INDONESIA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Officer to support and manage our online sales operations. This role is essential in maintaining marketplace performance, ensuring smooth order processes, and contributing ideas to grow online business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of marketplace stores (Shopee, Tokopedia, and other platforms)

• Upload and update product listings, including pictures , descriptions, pricing, and stock availability

• Monitor sales performance and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability

• Set up and manage promotions, campaigns, and vouchers on marketplace platforms

• Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding order fulfillment and inventory updates

• Handle customer inquiries and marketplace chat in a timely and professional manner

• Prepare weekly performance reports on store performance across each marketplace

• Provide ideas and recommendations to improve store performance, sales growth, and product visibility

• Conduct basic analysis on best-selling and underperforming products

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations

• Familiar with marketplace dashboards (Shopee / Tokopedia experience is preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work in a target-driven environment

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• Basic English communication skills will be an advantage
