Drive sales performance by planning assortments, forecasts, and product strategies aligned with business targets
Manage end-to-end account operations including order management, product launches, and sell-through performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key and general accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and mutual growth
Analyze sales, inventory, and financial data (e.g. sell-through, OTB, stock levels) to optimize profitability and decision-making
Support execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and marketing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Monitor market trends and product performance to identify new business opportunities
Ensure smooth coordination across internal teams (Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Logistics)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5–7 years of experience in sales, merchandising, retail buying, or business planning
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and inventory data
Experience in assortment planning, forecasting, and account management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Passion for sports and sports culture is a plus
