Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Brand Execution
. Lead and execute brand marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
. Plan and launch product campaigns and seasonal collections
. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation
Digital & Content
. Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation
. Develop and oversee content creation in collaboration with influencers and creative teams
Influencer & PR
. Lead influencer marketing initiatives: identify, recruit, and collaborate with influencers and KOLs for campaigns, event, and product placements
. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media and key partners to elevate brand visibility
. Oversee product seeding to influencers, KOLs, and media for reviews and editorial features
Events & Collaborations
. Plan and execute photoshoots, fashion shows, product launches, and exclusive brand events
. Identify and manage brand collaborations and partnerships to expand reach and visibility
Retail & Sales Support
. Conceptualize and execute window displays and in-store visual merchandising to enhance brand experience
. Assist in weekly live sessions to engage audiences and drive sales.
Reporting & Operations
· Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
. Maintain and manage influencer and campaign databases, ensuring accurate tracking of relationships and participation
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles (fashion industry is a plus)
. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc)
· Proven experience with influencer/KOL marketing and event execution
. Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense
· Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
· Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and market dynamics.
· Experience in visual merchandising or window display planning is a plus.
