Job Description:

• Handle complaints from consumers regarding medical devices owned by the company

• Provide reports related to customer complaints about products to internal parties within the company.

• Perform quality control sampling on goods received from suppliers.

• Develop, ensure, and maintain the implementation of the CDAKB quality management system.

• Decide on the recall of medical devices and/or medical device materials.

• Decide to quarantine or destroy returned, damaged, and suspected counterfeit medical devices.

• Maintain the accuracy and quality of documentation in accordance with CDAKB.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Required)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry (Pharmacy or Medical Devices)

• CDAKB certification (If have is point plus)

• Willingness to travel for work

• Proficiency in English
