Sales Assistant (Chemicals)

WFH position and night shift (up to 2am to support international customers)

Sales Assistant (Wholesale Supply Chain Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our growing wholesale business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in supply chain operations who can help bridge sales, logistics, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with order processing, quotes, and customer inquiries

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records

• Support the sales team with administrative and follow-up tasks

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years experience in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and order management systems

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience in chemicals, raw materials, or B2B distribution

• Familiarity with import/export or freight processes
