About the Role
We are an international music company with headquarters in the UAE, opening a new branch in Bali, Indonesia.
We are looking for an A&R Manager to join our team and help discover, develop, and manage new music artists.
This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow together with the company and work in an international music environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Search for new artists and music projects locally and internationally
Communicate with artists, producers, and music creators
Evaluate songs and artists for potential releases
Help manage artist development and releases
Assist with contracts and agreements
Work with marketing and promotion team
Follow music trends and new styles
What We're Looking For
Experience in music industry, artist management, or promotion preferred
Strong interest in music and entertainment business
Good communication skills
Ability to find new talent
English required, Indonesian is a plus
Experience with digital music platforms is a plus
