Management Trainee (MT) - Informatic Engineering
Job Descriptions:
Management Trainee program is a challenging program that aims to develop future talented leaders. This program includes on the job training, coaching, discussion, and various assignments; with opportunities to gain valuable experience and knowledge in business process.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyze manufacturing processes, develop and maintain web applications, optimize application performance through data analysis and provide user training and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Informatic Engineering from reputable university.
Strong proficiency in C++, PHP, and Python (experience with Django framework is a plus).
Solid understanding of database management systems.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
